    Sounds like chronic tiredness. Try stepping back from life. Take on less responsibilities. Take it easy. Reconnect with friends and family. Eat foods you like and try making sure you eat something despite being not hungry. Sleep in sometimes. Try and rest and get your evergy back

    My moms a phychiatrist so I should just be able to go to her, but I can't. I'm 13 and if I let her down now I will have to deal with it for a long time. I'm just scared. I'm scared, and it's so much easier to just wait stuff out. I know that I SHOULD talk to someone, but I'd rather just deal with it by myself. Do you guys really think that this is a big deal? Because, I just don't know anymore, at all.

    Have you tried to talk to family members that you're close to? They can serve as interim councilors as they know you better than anyone. If you can't find some resolution there, consider seeking out professional help and guidance.
