I feel suffocated by life. By society, my family and friends. Sometimes I just want a release, some alone time to be able to gather my thoughts and find myself. A time where there were no expectations put upon me and I could just do whatever I wanted and enjoy myself. It's all just a pipe dream right now.

Take some time to cry. I don't mean this as an insult, crying really helps with emotional stability. Whether it be with someone/people you trust, or alone, it's nice to get things off your chest. The arts is also a good way to express yourself. I personally find it very therapedic, though it may not work for everyone, but it's definitely worth a try. Drawing, Painting, Music, Crafts, Sculpting, etc. Treat yourself with a day for yourself. Do whatever helps you calm down, and relax. Whatever you'd like to do. Bless.

It's completely normal to want some alone time. Everyone gets overwhelmed with life every once and while. Listen to some calming music, take a bath, go for a walk on the beach, do anything you like that calms you down. Have some thinking time, and keep writing down your thoughts and feelings. Even take a few minutes out of your day to just shut your eyes and take a deep breath. Again, it's perfectly normal that you want some time alone.

I think it is totally normal to want to be alone, i do all the time. Something that helps me cope is keeping a "thoughts" journal. Just write down whatever you want in there, however you want, that way you can easily express your emotions without having to confront people. :)
