    Ask yourself: would I be happy in this relationship if nothing changed?! Would I have still be able to somehow change the way I act to feel happy? Maybe that would involve changing how you treat your partner. Maybe you can tell them why you're upset or what would make everything better? If you don't know sometimes it's best to distance yourself a little bit from the relationship. Just take a step back and remain warm towards them but distant. Don't nag them or ask them for anything. Don't text them frequently. Just let them do their own thing. If they want to talk let them text you first. After distancing yourself emotionally you can see if your relationship is worth staying in. I know how u feel and sometimes distance is the best way to know what we need. And some relationships aren't meant to be no matter how much we want them. So step back for a second and evaluate
