I feel so gross. I completely wasted my spring break. All I have done is slept and ate. Right now I am in the middle of binge watching Netflix. My hair is greasy and I feel and look disgusting. I feel like I have gained so much weight. I am going to camp in July and I want to feel good about myself. I want to lose about 30-40 pounds. I know that eating healthy is the best way, but I am literally the pickiest eater. I don't like many things, and the things I do like are not good for me. I'm thinking about not eating only drinking water for about a month. Hopefully I will see the best results from that. I am female, fifteen years old, and 190 lbs. I hate it. Any dieting ideas? Thanks.
