    As someone said in a previous comment, it could be stress. If you find no efficient way to relax or if this starts happening more, you should see a professional, it could be a little depression or anxiety, a simple chemical imbalance, a lack of a certain vitamin... all of which can happen no matter how healthy your diet is. I use to be insomniac although i have a pretty healthy lifestyle and i'm also in my early twenties. Turned out i just needed more potassium, problem fixed in a week.

    So, where did you live to obtain..."organic" food?

    Well this could be due to the fact that u r overstressing yourself . U should try to do less strenuous excercises . Try to meditate and take less stress
